Kateryna Unisex T-Shirt
1650 UAH
Description
The basis of the T-shirt "Kateryna" is one of Shevchenko's key works of 1842. In this canvas, Shevchenko appears not as an illustrator of his own text, but as an independent artist with an expressive language of form and composition.
In the center is the figure of a young woman brought to the foreground. The surrounding space is open, but internally it seems to be separated from it. The light, the rhythm of the landscape, the distance between the figures create a feeling of silence after the break. This is not a scene of condemnation and not a theatrical drama – it is a careful, restrained look at the condition of a person who is left alone with his own story.
