“Do Not Acquiesce” Reminder Patch
Description
A series of embroidered “Reminders” patches bearing words that preserve their power across generations.
Created in collaboration with the Movyty community.
These quotations from Taras Shevchenko and Lesia Ukrainka resonate just as strongly today as when they were written.
Each patch is a personal reminder of freedom, dignity, and love for what is one’s own.
“Slavery is even more abominable when it is voluntary.”
Lesia Ukrainka
A patch about inner freedom.
About the responsibility not to accept evil and indifference, even when doing so is convenient.
A reminder of the choice to be free not only outwardly, but within as well.
We direct 20% of sales to the development of the Movyty community, which strengthens the Ukrainian-speaking environment.
