Reverie Patch

The patch was designed in collaboration with the Marevo brand. Together, we transferred the memory of a hike
along the Chornohora Range to Lake Nesamovyte, where nature reveals itself in all its grandeur.
The Chornohora Range is the highest mountain massif in the Ukrainian Carpathians. This is where
Hoverla, Pip Ivan, and other peaks are found, silently telling of the strength and beauty of the Carpathians. Lake
Nesamovyte is one of Ukraine’s highest mountain lakes, located at an elevation of 1,750 meters. It hides among rocky ridges and seems to dissolve into the mist, giving a feeling of another world. Numerous legends are associated with the lake, adding even more mystery to it. They say that Nesamovyte
is a place of power where one can feel unity with nature and oneself.
Ukrainian carpets have always drawn inspiration from nature. These very landscapes formed the basis for the patch design: mountain contours, geometric Carpathian motifs, and delicate plant forms merged in a harmony that recalls the grandeur and beauty of one’s native land.
