“Creators” Linen Table Set

A set consisting of a linen table runner and four linen placemats from YaVereta’s limited-edition charity collection “Creators,” created for Ukraine’s Independence Day.

In the embroidery, we brought together elements and recognizable motifs from the works of 25 Ukrainian artists who, at different times, shaped Ukraine’s visual language. We did not transfer their works onto textile literally—we selected individual details and images and combined them in a new composition. In this way, artists from different generations symbolically met at one table.

The collection incorporates elements from works by Taras Shevchenko, Illia Repin, Oleksandr Murashko, Kazymyr Malevych, Alla Horska, Mariia Raievska-Ivanova, Mykhailo Boichuk, Heorhii Narbut, Davyd Burliuk, Tetiana Yablonska, Fedir Krychevskyi, Anatol Petrytskyi, Oleksandra Ekster, Mariia Prymachenko, Adalbert Erdeli, Oleksandr Arkhypenko, Viktor Zaretskyi, Kostiantyn Trutovskyi, Kateryna Bilokur, Oleksa Novakivskyi, Ivan Trush, Anatolii Kryvolap, Liubov Panchenko, Ivan Marchuk, and Tymofii Boichuk.

Art historian Olena Poliakova worked on selecting the works and elements—it was important that every detail had its own origin, meaning, and connection to the history of Ukrainian art.

For us, the table became a symbol of meeting: a place where different generations gather, talk about what matters, and create memories. That is why we moved art from museum halls into the space of everyday life—where it continues to live alongside us.

100% of the profit from sales of the collection will be donated to support the Kharkiv Art Museum.
